Acceptance of Terms
By using Alignd in any form — visiting our site, joining our waitlist, or downloading and using our early access application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Alignd.
Early Access — Beta Product
Alignd is currently in early access / beta. This means:
- The product is provided as-is and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
- Features, scoring models, and recommendations may change without notice.
- We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or accuracy of any output.
- Early access is granted by invitation only and is not transferable.
By using the beta, you acknowledge that Alignd's recommendations are informational only — not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
Permitted Use
Alignd is provided for legitimate business and research use. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Alignd application.
- Share, redistribute, or resell your early access code or the application to third parties.
- Use Alignd to harass, defame, or make false claims about any individual or brand.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce Alignd's scoring models, data, or outputs at scale.
- Use Alignd for any unlawful purpose under Canadian federal or Quebec provincial law.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, scoring models, algorithms, and intellectual property within Alignd — including the website, application, and brand — are owned by Alignd and protected under Canadian intellectual property law.
Using Alignd does not grant you any ownership rights over any part of the product or its outputs.
No Warranties
Alignd is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Any scoring output, recommendation, or analysis will be accurate or complete.
- The application will be fit for any particular purpose.
You use Alignd at your own risk. All campaign decisions remain your sole responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignd and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including campaign losses, reputational damage, or decisions made based on Alignd's outputs.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Alignd (which, during the free beta period, is zero).
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Alignd, you grant us the right to use that feedback freely to improve the product — without any obligation to compensate you or credit you for the suggestion.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your access to Alignd at any time, for any reason, without notice — including if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using Alignd at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Alignd grows. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Alignd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
