Alignd is an influencer intelligence platform built and operated from Quebec, Canada. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at runaligndhelp@outlook.com.

We collect only what is necessary to operate Alignd. Here is exactly what that includes:

• Email address — collected via our waitlist form (powered by Tally) when you choose to join. This is used only to contact you about Alignd's launch and updates.
• Early access usage — when you enter an access code on our early access page, no personal data is collected or stored. The code check happens entirely in your browser.
• Google Fonts — our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of that request. We do not control or access this data. See Google's privacy policy for details.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or advertising networks on this site.

We collect your email address for one reason: to notify you when Alignd is ready and to share relevant updates about the product. We will never use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Waitlist submissions are stored securely by Tally, our form provider. Tally is GDPR-compliant and stores data on servers in the European Union. You can view Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy.

We do not store any personal data on our own servers at this time.

As a resident of Canada — and Quebec specifically — you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to withdrawal of consent — you can withdraw consent at any time and request that your data be deleted.
• Right to be informed — you have the right to know how your data is used, which this policy describes.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at runaligndhelp@outlook.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third party that handles your data is Tally (our form provider), as described above. We will never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain waitlist email addresses until Alignd launches publicly, or until you request removal — whichever comes first. After launch, we will provide an unsubscribe option in all communications.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect how we handle your data, we will notify waitlist members by email.
